Biography

Haotian Liu, IEEE Graduate Student Member, IEEE ComSoc Member, CIE Student Member, CIC Student Member, is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree with the Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications, Ministry of Education, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT).

He has published more than 30 papers in leading international journals and conferences, such as IEEE TWC, TCOM, TMC, TCCN, TAP, and WCM. Among them, 12 papers are published in IEEE Transactions series journals, including 7 popular papers (selected for several consecutive months). He holds 12 granted patents and has participated in the formulation of 3 IMT and CCSA standards related to integrated sensing and communication, as well as the submission of 3 corresponding IMT proposals. He was the recipient of the Academic Pioneer Award of AICTech 2026, the Outstanding Contribution Award of the NCIC 2025 and AICTech 2026 workshops, and the Best Paper Award of CCAI 2026 and AICTech 2026. He has served as Workshop Co-Chair at NCIC 2025 and AICTech 2026. He has served as a TPC member of IEEE ICCC 2026 and AICTech 2026. He also serves as a peer reviewer for high-impact journals, such as IEEE TWC, TMC, TCOM, TCCN, TVT, WCL, and IoT-J. His research focuses on integrated sensing and communication, cooperative sensing, multi-band and multi-node ISAC, ISAC target-level sensing, and AI-based ISAC.
